- Call-off Hours, pre-paid block of hours which attract a discount over the standard hourly rate depending on the quantity purchased. For the 20 hour pack the discount is 5% £190 (9,500 baht), for the 50 hour pack the discount is 10% £450 (22,500 baht). The hours do not time out and a monthly statement is E-mailed to the customer outlining the number of hours that are currently banked with us which are available for call-off.
- Ad-hoc Time where a (potential) customer does not wish to enter into a "call-off" arrangement we can provide a quotation of the expected time required to fulfill a support call. However existing customer issues will take precedence as you would expect.

A 5 page web site, similar to this website layout. Most customers know what they want and complete the layout request, supply the content and images.Where this is the case then there is a flat fee of £100 pounds sterling or 5,000 baht for up to 5 pages one of the pages would be a Contact page. Should you need us to compile content and get images the fee increases to £50 sterling (2,500 baht) per page.

Joomla content management system platform. Joomla is our preferred option for CMS, this is a free to obtain Open Source solution. The solution is supported on most reputable hosting providers (the installation would be free if you host the site with us). We can amend content, page layout, create templates and administer your site if required.Pricing is time based and a quotation on the number of hours and therefore cost to deliver the solution would be provided. Our hourly charge is only £10 pounds sterling, (500baht) per hour.
